Are bone china plates microwave safe?
Under normal circumstances, it is safe to put bone china in the microwave oven for heating, BUT if the surface of bone china is decorated with gold border and gold pattern, once the item is placed in the microwave oven, when it’s working, the gold layer on the bone china surface will generate a strong electric spark under the intense microwave radiation.
So to be safe, better not to put your bone china sets in the microwave.

Shipping
How do we ship your items?
We usually ship our items via Lalamove inside Metro Manila.
For orders 6 pcs / sets and above, we recommend to use Lalamove Sedan to ensure the safety of our product.
How much are the delivery fees within Metro Manila?
Below are our standard rates:
For 5 items and below - Motorcycle: Php 300
For 6 items and above - Sedan: Php 600
Do you have provincial and nationwide shipping (outside Metro Manila)?
We do offer provincial / nationwide shipping, however we are currently on soft launch for orders outside Metro Manila (please bear with us!).
Kindly take note that the shipping fee is subject to the advice of courier (via LBC or J&T Express) once the order is confirmed. Shipping fee will either be collected upon delivery of items (Cash on Delivery / COD) or we may get a quote for you.
Details on the shipping fee will be communicated via email.
What happens when a defective / damaged item is delivered?
In the event that the item delivered was damaged, kindly send us an email at arteconsilioph@gmail.com and provide the following details in your email
1. Proof of Purchase
2. Few photos or videos of the actual item showing the defect / damage.
Kindly wait for 1-2 business days for the acknowledgement of your email and the next steps.
Do you have international shipping?
Unfortunately, we don't have international shipping as to date. We will keep you posted once we go to that route!
