Returns & Exchange Policy

What is the policy for returns?

Unfortunately, as of now, we don't offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

We do however, accept returns or exchange for defective / damaged items.

How can I file for a return?

In the event that the item delivered was damaged, kindly send us an email at arteconsilioph@gmail.com and provide the following details in your email

1. Proof of Purchase

2. Few photos or videos of the actual item showing the defect / damage.

Kindly wait for 1-2 business days for the acknowledgement of your email and the next steps.

How will I be refunded?

We currently don't offer cash or digital refunds. We will be happy to arrange a replacement for the damaged items or issue a store credit for you.

Should the purchased item be out of stock, our advise would be to:

1. Replace it with another item of same value. ---- If chosen item is higher in amount, balance will be settled by the customer.

2. Store Credit for future purchases

Other Reminders

1. We highly encourage customers to report a defective & damaged item within the day of receiving the items. Our refund policy for damaged items lasts 24hrs. If 24hrs have gone by since the customer received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Kindly ensure that our items are unused. All protective packaging must be in its original state when items are returned to us.

Please return the damaged item to our rider upon delivery of the replacement item.
