Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days upon payment confirmation. 

You may opt to choose between pick up or delivery. 

After payment confirmation, you will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pick up. Our pick-up schedule is strictly from Monday to Friday, 10AM - 5PM. Customer is responsible for booking and paying Grab/Lalamove.

Please expect an email or SMS from us confirming that we've shipped out your order. Our courier will send you an email or SMS update regarding the ETA.

1. For orders with 5 items and below - Lalamove Motorcycle

Flat Rate: Php 300

2. For orders with 6 items and above - Lalamove Sedan

Flat Rate: Php 600

Kindly take note that there might be some cases of cancelled/failed deliveries due to bad traffic / inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In case this happens, we will notify you and reschedule delivery.

We will provide a shipping quotation (from LBC or J&T Express) for deliveries outside Metro Manila. This will have an additional leadtime of 1-2 days before you receive the final total billing.

You may opt to include this in your billing or via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon arrival of items.

Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address.

Buyer will shoulder additional shipping costs for returned orders due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, etc.
